We want to make springtails more affordable for everyone. We believe they shouldn't only be sold in small, expensive packs of 10 or 50, especially since they're easy to grow and care for.

By shifting the focus from upfront costs to the value and enjoyment gained from springtail and terrarium keeping, we hope to inspire more people to take up this enriching hobby that connects them with nature.

Everything that goes into our substrate is organic, meaning it is free of pesticides and other harmful contaminants.

Our springtail cookies are also completely organic, made with only 3 ingredients: brewer’s yeast, rice flour, and pea protein. These ingredients keep our springtails fighting fit against harmful bacteria and fungi, but also allow them to easily multiply into the hundreds and thousands in every culture, all while remaining fantastic feeders for dart frogs.
